At our store, we stand behind the quality of our lighting fixtures. We offer two levels of protection to ensure your space stays illuminated for years to come.

1. Standard One-Year "Replacement-Only" Warranty

All Citylumi fixtures come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

  • The Promise: If your product experiences a functional failure or manufacturing defect, we will provide a brand-new replacement or the necessary core components instead of a repair.

  • Logistics: For claims made within the first 30 days, we cover all shipping costs. For claims made after 30 days, the replacement item is free, but the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

2. The Citylumi Lifetime Shield ($199)

For customers who purchased the Lifetime Shield at checkout, your protection never expires. This covers:

  • Lifetime electrical component replacement.

  • Priority support and expedited shipping for replacement parts.

  • Note: This is an upgraded service and must be purchased at the time of the original order.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects encountered during normal indoor use:

  • Electrical: Defective wiring, sockets, or internal drivers.

  • Structural: Manufacturing flaws in metal, brass, or handcrafted frames.

  • LEDs: Failure of integrated LED modules.

What is NOT Covered?

  • Non-Professional Installation: Damage resulting from DIY installation. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician.

  • Unauthorized Modifications: Any attempts to cut, re-wire (other than standard adjustment), or repair the fixture manually.

  • Environmental Damage: Damage caused by improper cleaning chemicals, moisture (in dry-rated areas), or outdoor exposure.

  • Natural Evolution: The natural patina process of unlacquered brass or organic variations in marble, rice paper, and wood.

How to Make a Claim

  1. Contact Us: Email support@citylumi.com with your Order Number.

  2. Visual Proof: Provide clear photos or a short video (under 30 seconds) showing the defect or failure.

  3. Resolution: Once verified, we will process your replacement within 3-5 business days.

Pro Tip: Keep your original box for the first 30 days. It makes the "Replacement-First" process much smoother if a return of the defective unit is required.
