  • Expedited Shipping: Available for a flat fee of $39.00.

B. Processing and Transit Times:

We strive to get your lighting fixtures to you as efficiently as possible. All timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Processing Time (Handling Time): All orders require 2 – 5 business days to prepare for shipment.

  • Order deadline: Hong Kong (HKT): 5:00 PM (Mon – Fri)

  • Standard Shipping (Free): Once shipped, transit typically takes 12 – 25 business days. You can expect to receive your package within a total of 14 – 30 business days from the date of purchase.

  • Expedited Shipping ($39.00): Once shipped, transit typically takes 7 – 12 business days. You can expect to receive your package within a total of 9 – 17 business days from the date of purchase.

Note: Orders are processed during business hours. Shipping times may vary slightly based on your specific location or during peak holiday seasons.

C. Delivery Terms:

We partner with major carriers including USPS/FedEx/UPS and other premium global logistics providers to ensure the safest and most reliable delivery of your items.(Subject to actual conditions.)

D. Change of Address:

Should you need to modify the delivery address, please reach out to us at support@citylumi.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order is in transit, changes cannot be accommodated.

E. Tracking:

Upon shipment, you’ll receive a unique tracking number to monitor your order’s journey until it reaches you.

F. Cancellation:

You can cancel your order at any time before it’s shipped. Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be subject to a small processing fee if the item has already been packaged. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy for further assistance. 

G. Packages Damaged in Transit:

If you notice any damage to your package during transit, we kindly request you reject it if feasible and contact our customer service team immediately for support. In case the package arrives without your presence, please notify our customer service team promptly for next steps.
